INCREASE MAXIMUM GVW
WDT Services can increase the maximum permissible weight of a camper or a commercial vehicle. This usually requires an adjustment to the suspension system. Please note that if the legally permissible weight increases by more than 3500 kg, you will need a C1 driving license.
INCREASE AXLE WEIGHTS
Sometimes it is not enough to just increase the maximum permissible weight, but the axle loads will also have to be increased. In that case, it may be necessary to replace the tires and rims if they cannot support the increased axle loads. Thefore, weigh not only your camper, but also the individual axles.
